Course Summary
There are numerous services that can be added to a home inspection and typically done at the same time, such as radon tests, wood destroying pest inspections, sewer scopes, mold testing, and many more. In this class a summary will be given of each of the possible add-on services and when it may be advantageous for a home buyer to include them with their inspection.
Learning Objectives
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- List the different add-on services that clients may include with their home inspection and be able to speak intelligently as to when each add-on service may be of value for their client.
